"I was skeptical about IV therapy, but the evaluation with Dr. Ward's team was so thorough and honest. They explained every nutrient and tailored the drip to my labs. After my first session my energy was noticeably better. Outstanding care right here in Columbia!"

Answer a few quick questions and see if IV therapy is right for you.
No cost, no obligation. Limited consultation times each week.
IV therapy should start with an evaluation, not a menu.
Picking a drip off a list. Nobody looks at your health history, your labs or your medications before the bag goes up.
Adding supplements on your own. More bottles, and no one checking whether they fit what your body actually needs.
At Zest, IV therapy is part of a physician-guided wellness plan. Fluids, vitamins and nutrients go directly into the bloodstream, and every formula is selected around your health history, labs and goals. Your free consultation tells you whether it is appropriate for you.
Everything you get in your free 15-minute consultation
- A one-on-one conversation about your energy, recovery and wellness goals
- A health review to check whether IV therapy is appropriate for you
- Clear next steps and pricing, reviewed openly before you commit to anything
Here's exactly what happens, step by step.

- 01
Your goals 5 min
Tell our clinical team what brings you in: low energy, frequent fatigue, recovery after travel, illness or training, or ongoing hydration needs.
- 02
Your health review 5 min
We go over your health history and current medications.
- IV therapy is not appropriate for everyone. Conditions such as kidney or heart disease can rule it out, so we check first.
- 03
Your options 5 min
You learn which options may be appropriate for you and what they cost.
- IV therapy is generally out-of-pocket and not covered by insurance. Pricing is reviewed openly.
- If it is not the right fit, we will tell you. No pressure either way.
15 minutes in total. You leave knowing exactly where you stand.
If you go ahead: what an IV session looks like
- Review. Your planned formula is confirmed against your current health.
- Placement. A small IV catheter goes in, typically in the arm or hand.
- Infusion. About 30 to 60 minutes, relaxing in a comfortable chair.
- Aftercare. The IV is removed and we encourage you to keep hydrating.
No cost, no obligation.
